The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations, optimizing inventory management processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.


This role will report to the Operations Manager

Responsibility and Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.

  • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory movement, manage orders, and generate reports.

  • Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehouse layout, storage systems, and equipment.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience 3+ years in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring and developing teams.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
